Honestly, I think the less the better. If you can make it a week then great! My nutritionist friend told me to weigh a couple times and take the average weight. I like to just take the lowest weight. :) I think it becomes a head game if you do it every day and you can get yourself sick about gaining or losing a lb or two…

Glad you found something that works for you! Have you tried Bob Harper's Biggest Loser ones? My sister bought me those a year ago and I used them a couple times. I find the kinnect hard to connect with, no pun intended! :)

I do the same! It is maybe 20 cals at best for a couple cups.
