Same there!! I have a 4.5 and was maybe 168 last summer now seesawing around 225. Ive had a ton of health hiccups so that 168 was me sick in bed for 7 months which isn’t exactly a way to live life. :smiley:

Youtube is awesome for workouts! Try any Livestrong woman workout. Their weight loss yoga and other ones are awesome and usually around 10 minutes so you could do one at a time or a couple!

You can steam shrimp with old bay in a steamer and those come out quite tasty! Also, try stir frying with your favorite veggies.
