Spinning is a great way to burn a ton of calories and I agree with those that say it is for everyone. You can start at any level and move up difficulty as you build strength and endurance!

I agree. I was on a low calorie 900 and I gained half back. Its not good for your body to be in starvation mode like I was and I was under doctors orders which I think they are plain silly for having me do that. The best way is to figure out your TDEE and BMR and go from there.

I like the steam room because it is wet heat as opposed to the dry heat of a sauna. you get a nice sweat in there or just warm up after a shower.

yes you want to wear it when you exercise specially when your pushing yourself so your heart rate goes up.

i saw the dr. oz shower about farmer/hunter and din't exactly agree with it eather. seems like they need to review simple math of calories in calories out and working out hard and getting a good sweat!

I like to cut up lemon or limes in my water. Makes it feel like a special treat.

I've seen some desk bikes where you just pedal at work. They are on amazon for under $100 dollars. Don't know how well they work but they probably raise your HR which I'm sure is a good thing!
