Thanks you guys i actually have been eating the right amount of calories sometimes minus a couple hundred but i was just wondering because this week coming would be my third week and i wanted to know if i should switch it up far as different cardio exercises i should do.

My leg is still killing me from fridays workout but no pain no gain right i just managed to push through 261 jumping jacks for a total of 311 jumping jacks! :) First challenge ever! Done! :)

Thanks all!! :) i have been trying to drink water as much as i can! I have a 2 quart jug that i try to fill up everyday to get at least 8 glasses. CAnt sleep so i decided to do some jumping jacks...although my calves are killing me from my workout earlier i powered through 50 jumping jacks...250 to go!! :)

Thank you so much! I was killing myself just trying to figure out if i should eat the calories back! Lol i knew eating less would cause your body to go into conservation or starvation mode (if you will) but i did not want to over eat so thanks! :)
