Congrats! I lost a lot of weight when I breastfed my daughter, and kept the weight off. All I can say just stay healthy for your little one and try not to be to stressed out.

I'm in since my numbers is always different when I weigh myself.

Next week it will be 30 days since I've started the program and already can tell the difference. We can do it!

12 lbs is good, dont give up. I've been doing the 30 shred but I've only been doing it for a few weeks, but if you are losing inches that is still great!

Welcome, I don't weigh myself since the numbers are always different, now I go by on how many inches I've lost and how my clothes fits. Are you able to workout more than 3 times a week? Good luck!

How much are you working out and what kind of work outs do you do? Maybe switch up between cardio and weight lifting, I guess it depends what kinds of food your eating too.

Do you not have a recall button on it? Mine does and it will tell me calories how many minutes and my BPM

I'm in, I weigh 128 & have been for awhile.

I'm on level 3 of 30 DS and that is really intense but I do notice a change now only if the numbers on the scale went down more.

I do AM workouts, just because I don't always have time after work either because so much homework or my kids. So when I do them in the AM I'm not bothered since everyone is still sleeping & I feel good rest of the day. :smile:

Yesterday was my 5th day doing 30DS, I love it & cant' wait until I've complete the whole series. I've added JM's Banish fat boost metabolism twice a week.

I have a 4 yr old & a 3 yr old, I have to do my workouts in the mornings before they get up. If they do get up, luckly they will lay on the couch & just watch me. I have a full time job plus go to school, so I know how it is to be really busy, but if you are able to wake up early that would be the best time.
