  • Generally 5-6 days a week. (includes treadmill/elliptical, classes; step class, yoga, crossfit, strength training and occasionally running at the track; HIIT). I try to have at a minimum 1-2 rest days weekly.
  • Personally I went to a specialty store for the purpose of getting fitted. (best decision ever) I purchased my first pair from the store (100+), however I purchased the 2nd pair (same shoe-1/2 the price) much cheaper online!   • I too started cross-fit this week. Soreness was outrageous! However, what helped me to my surprise was a nice run/jog. Soreness is now gone. Good luck!
