I have trouble with the same thing. It is very hard to manage your cal and to keep your sugar from dropping. I use real pb and gram crackers. When I feel it dropping I eat a couple of those, very good but be careful of the cal in the pb. Do you test when you are dropping? I try just to keep track and it will drop to 63-66.…

Great story, I am in the same boat. Scared to eat more, have upped it some but need to more. Will try to do better after reading your story, I also have trouble keeping my sugar levels up. Thank you again......

Don't give up, you will have good days and bad, and that is ok. I fall off the wagon and I just keep getting back on. I am still trying to lose that 10 that will NOT move. But I figure at least if I don't give up I am not gaining. And I feel so much better when I eat healthier.....:flowerforyou:

I could pass it up, eeewww don't like liver but to each his own. Would rather have a good piece of deer meat!! It is interesting to read about different foods. If you like it and don't get it often enjoy!:smile:

I do the same at times, could NOT eat that much meat though. Mine is fruit and I try not to do it too much. When I go in the store if I have a craving I will buy berries and chow on them, better than a candy bar! :smile:

Try oat bran with apple & cinn. It is so good and stays with me longer. Any berries are ever so good!:smile: Also I have tried rice bran, Bulgar, and when I get tired of that I scramble an egg with veggies and salsa. You can cook and reheat in am for a quick grab and go. Also have tried over nite oats using oat bran.…
