That happened to me alot when I first started exercising. But I did what I could...didn't give up... thought they were CRAZY for doing some move I couldn't even begin to figure out.... and then next time I could do a little more... and then a little more... You just have to do what you can and believe it will get easier…

I also have a Polar FT7 and LOVE it. It is also water proof so I use it for water aerobics class. Wish I would have bought it earlier.

Hi Ryce! and welcome! I will send you a friend request. I had reached the point of being tired of being tired also but it took me a lot longer to get to that point. It can be done! start slowly... make small changes that you can stick with....don't try to change over night.... DON'T GIVE UP!!

I have lost 67 pounds so far. MFP has helped with 50 of it. I find it very easy to use this site and the phone app really helps with logging food. It is the first time I have successfully lost weight and kept it off. Nov. will be 1 year for me. ;-)

I have a Polar FT7 and love it. I use it for running, swimming, Zumba, weight training etc.. Does a great job!

Sometimes it takes a little while for the scale to catch up to what you are doing when you change your diet and start exercising. Give it a little while. Feel free to add me if you would like. I am 5'4 also. Good luck!

I joined a gym this year and i picked one close to work ( right across the street) and they also have another on my way home. The one by work is great for morning workouts before work. That way if life happens, at least did a little something already. The one on the way home is great for getting a class in before going…

I am over almost every day on here. MFP has the protein numbers set way low. i do drink protein shakes, usually one or two a day. depends on my workouts.

Hi and Welcome aboard! I also did not use it much when i first started... but i sure am now. Once I got some friends for encouragement.... it was soooo much better! I will send a request! You CAN do this. i turned 50 this year and feel so much better than i ever thought I could!
