Kettlebells - Any Advice?
I have decided to do a kettlebell class with a certified instructor. He does a training session before you can do the class to teach proper form for the moves/swings. I have training scheduled fro Friday. Any advice before I go? Anything I need to take? I know there is some move (eventually) of flipping it over? Wondering…

I started my day with cardio with a Zumba class (only 3 of us there this morning) - tomorrow will be working with a trainer.. What have you done or plan to do to this first day of the new year?

Mud Run .. hints?
I signed up for my first mud run. It is in 4 weeks. Anyone have any helpful hints? Like what to do with car keys? or what i should or shouldn't do between now and then that may help me survive...LOL etc.... Thanks

NSV - Situps
NSV today ... I was so PROUD of myself! The trainer gave me a 6 pound medicine ball and had me lay down on a mat and put the ball above my head and then do a sit up and touch the ball to my foot - first to left then next time to right foot. That counted as one. He wanted 12. I laughed and said we will see..I actually did…

HRM Question
I would like to get a heart rate monitor but have no idea what to look for in one. I would like a better accounting of calories burned while exercising. Do they all have a chest strap to wear? Can i wear them in the pool for aquatics? Do i have to order it online? or can i get one at a sporting goods store? Thanks for any…

Last weekend I ran/walked in my 1st 3K. Totally LOVED it! Signed up for a 5K next month. Trying to figure out if I need to run every day or maybe every OTHER day to get in the extra mile.
