  • It seems to me that trying to lose 20 or less pounds is the hardest. Those pounds are really stuck on there. It will take very strict adherence to diet and exercise to get those last pounds off. Is this the first pregnancy? First child? If so, then congratulations and enjoy. A bit of cake never hurt anything!
  • Beer and mayonnaise. I call it the beer and mayonnaise diet, lol. I don't eat cereal, gave up coffee creamer, no soda, very seldom eat out, always pack my lunch. But I'm keepin' my beer and mayonnaise and I have lost 30 pounds!

  • No allergies. I went to a Motivational Seminar where this man talked about shellfish. He called shrimp the "fleas of the sea," and "lobster was a cockroach of the sea," after that I just can't. It struck me that people eat them because of what they are coated with or dipped in (butter) not because they taste good. Oh well.…
