Nope, I've been painting for a week and no, I haven't felt the burn. Nor have I needed my HRM. lol There may be some bending, but stretching is a bit of a stretch. (pun intended) Lifting your arm or bending your torso to the right, really isn't a stretch. Just leave it out and let the very few cals it burns, be a bonus.

I did the 5k training app and it was awesome. It taught me to do a 5k and it was fun to do. I couldn't wait to get out for the next part of the story. I have the full zombie app now and it's also fun. I don't use it as much as I did the 5k trainer, but like others said, it's something I use to change up my routine.

Yep, I agree with this. I belong to World Gym and Fitness 19. World is awesome, but it's across town. Since I moved, it's a pita to get to. Fitness 19 is within walking distance. It doesn't have the same feel and it's much smaller, but I go... That in itself makes it a great gym,

Have you been properly fitted for a good running shoe? I'd get the right shoe for your running style and go back to it. I messed up my achilles when I started running. It was all because I rushed my miles in the wrong shoes. I healed, I bought the right shoes and I've never had another issue with my achilles.

This is my dad's recipe (from his old bartending days). It's very spicy and delicious! 46 OZ Tomato Juice - Campbell's or you can do V-8 depending on mood 1/4 tsp. pepper ( heavy) 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbl. Lemon juice 1/4 tsp tabasco 1/2 tsp celery salt 3 Tbl Worcestershire VODKA Garnish with a celery stalk and drink several!

Sounds like this guy has a personal problem with you. Why not just confront him? If he's just being a bullyish @ss, he'll most likely stop (or everyone will see him for an @ss and he'll lose clout. If he has a legit issue, you could clear it up.
