I live in a high weather zone. Unless we're having a storm, I'll be out getting my daily 3 to 5. Just dress right and keep moving. On super nasty days, maybe do T25. Of course, there's always the gym option. Congrats on finishing week 1! :)

Not counting is for people not trying to lose weight. If you're still in a weight loss cycle, you should definitely count. :) I count my cals. I'm not on a mission. I've never been overweight. But, I'm obsessed with numbers. I count EveryThing. I annoy myself, sometimes. lol

Anything I've read about 20 day fasts, the people feel great. They claim better blood pressure, less headaches, more energy and better skin; among other things. I'm sure it tastes great. But, how is this a protein hardy drink? I use Body Fortress whey protein. It tastes fine and gets the job done, without costing an arm and a leg.
