50 cals per point is a loose estimation, you would have to take into consideration a high fiber count, etc. I am on WW, but am now counting calories as well. I keep my WW monthly pass, I need to be weighed in. But I love the counting calories aspect. Besides that the food tracker here has a much better list. :heart:

I was looking at my food diary and it says I am over on my protein by 5 or so. My question is; is there such a thing as too much protein?

Hi girls!! I have to keep my WW because I *need* to get weighed by someone else. I use it for the meetings. I haven't used e-tools in forever. I got 1200 as well, but the funny part is my foods barely hit 1000. As of now I have 388 left and that is after eating my snack!! Then again I eat little portions these days. Stacie, 1900??? That is a whole bar night :)
