You will lose fat if you gain muscle and maintain your weight. It's a given.. but you have to put in the work. If you cut too many cals you might not gain any muscle. And if you don't work out you may lose fat and muscle instead of just fat. Good luck.

Do weighted squats and you will bulk up your bottom half.. surgery would only be a temporary fix at best if they relocate fat.. and introducing a foreign substance to your body can be dangerous. I'd try weights first. Eat to maintain weight and work on building up your bottom.. thighs and calves. Good luck.

I don't go to the gym.. I only do a form of dance workout at home.. along with crunches.. in a wide variety.. modified pushups.. I can't really do a true pushup cause I haven't done them since a car accident in 2007.. but maybe one day I will be able to. Anyway.. I go for walks some days.. not everyday.. I log my foods…

I plan on having a tubal reversal soon and I'm in the obese category.. doc doesn't feel comfortable with it and gave me a Target that feels impossible..

Well my hubby and I split before the weight loss. I'm trying to initiate a divorce now. I think if you really love each other.. and he can accept the new you after your weight loss that you'll be fine. Who knows.. maybe if he sees you making the effort that will make him want to make the effort too. :)
