PMS is awful for weightloss
Anyone else feel like they're being done in by their own hormones.. I can eat as little as 1200 calories and maintain.. not lose weight.. with 1500 calories which is less than my supposed bmr.. I gain. Can't win.. 😣

Yesterday morning after overdoing my calorie intake I went from 195.6 to 196.6. I just gave birth to my baby boy (third baby) on Aug 2nd and am thrilled I can become an active member again. :) It just sucks that I'm practically all the way back up to where I started.. 211 lbs. Hopefully the breastfeeding starts helping soon. Any other mommies out there??
