Reaching the 180s in general.. I'm soo close. 196.4lbs. I got a food scale finally so I know I can do this. No more guessing how much food I'm eating.. especially when it comes to meats.. I'm soo off with the meats.. it's always more calories than I think π€π€£π€£ plus getting to the 190s means I've won 100$ to put towards myβ¦

I will not be weighing in today as I know it isnt accurate.. normally I'm asleep for at least 4 more hours and then continue to fast for 1 or 2 hours before weighing in.. sooo.. yeah. Basically it was a maintained weight with no loss though. I'm going out of state today so I'll just have to hang in there for tomorrow.

I started.. (re-started) a few weeks ago and the first 4 to 6 lbs just came right off.. not sure exactly how much it was because I only had an analog scale when I started... but now I've had a digital for almost 2 weeks now.. and i seem to have hit a wall.

I'm so annoyed and frustrated. I can't seem to make any real progress despite doing everything right.. low calories.. yesterday I only had between 1300 and 1400 calories.. and was more active.. I am not lifting weights or anything but the body composition scales seem to say that I lost body fat while gaining muscle. I knowβ¦

Well my weight didn't budge.. so not updating my numbers today. However, due to the fact that I recorded input and output.. this didnt make sense.. so I checked the stats of my body composition and while they're not 100% accurate it does make sense that I lost .2lbs body fat gained .2lbs muscle. Are you by any chance a mother..? If not.. having a baby will likely leave you with the hips you want. Before a became a mom I had narrow hips.. and now after having had 4.. even if I lost all my extra weight there is absolutely no way I can get back in the same jeans I once wore. π π Not telling you to have a kid.. justβ¦
