How do I know if I'm burning fat and building muscle?? How can I tell?? My scales have stayed around the same numbers.. but I feel better and "think" I look better. :/ I'm confused. lol

What helps for me is to do measurements! I measure each arm and thigh, my waist, and my hips every week. A lot of times the scale won't move but you're still losing inches.

Muscle is heavier than fat, give yourself time. It will happen

A pound of muscle and pound of fat weigh the same = a pound.

The differece is muscle is denser, thus takes up less room than fat.
So even though the scale number doesn't change, your measurements have probably changed.
    I'd check them out.

lol hard for me.. my waist is gonna grow anyway.. :p I'm 29 weeks with a healthy baby boy. :) Mainly just working out to keep in shape and stay strong.. prepare my body for labor.. Not actively trying to lose weight but maintaining is really nice. :)
