How do I know if I'm burning fat and building muscle?? How can I tell?? My scales have stayed around the same numbers.. but I feel better and "think" I look better.
I'm confused. lol

What helps for me is to do measurements! I measure each arm and thigh, my waist, and my hips every week. A lot of times the scale won't move but you're still losing inches.0

Muscle is heavier than fat, give yourself time. It will happen0

A pound of muscle and pound of fat weigh the same = a pound.
The differece is muscle is denser, thus takes up less room than fat.
So even though the scale number doesn't change, your measurements have probably changed.
I'd check them out.0 -
lol hard for me.. my waist is gonna grow anyway..
I'm 29 weeks with a healthy baby boy.
Mainly just working out to keep in shape and stay strong.. prepare my body for labor.. Not actively trying to lose weight but maintaining is really nice.
