How to record food??

Ok so I know how to record things that you buy and don't have to make yourself. But how do you record salads that you make yourself.. I don't eat salads like most people. lol I don't do the olives or anything else. Just lettuce, carrots, eggs, turkey, or chicken.. cheese... along those lines. There aren't many fruits or veggies I like
Anyway..... how do you record those things that you yourself make???????????? Soups, Salads.... ??

There's a place to put recipes in under food.0

Just add each ingredient separately.
If it's something you eat often, you can file it under "my meals" by clicking "quick tools" and then "remember meal".0 -
