  • I think you should go light on the water while doing exercise, that happened to me and the reason was because i had to much water before the exercise, in between the exercise i had to stop and everything came up. you didn't have any food in your body and only water. Even if your hungry just eat something light.
  • I have been on it for 25 days n lost 6 pounds. If you really want to loss weight it has to come from your mind first you have to be ready. Myfitnesspal does work for calories count, but workout has to come from you. I wish you the best you can do it
