Um so I had to try it ever though the reviews were mixed...the vanilla maple is great...the texture is more like Italian ice...but still fab. And as far as cost..it was $3.99 at whole foods...not to bad

Thanks everyone...the only thing I am worried about is if I add fruit the sugar is going to be through the roof...as of right now it is barely under the guidelines. I am not diabetic...so should I worry about going over on the sugar?
