I went through the entire first month and only lost a pound. It's really frusterating, especially given how hard you work everyday. Then I hit the recovery week and lost 2 pounds in a week. It'll come. Try focusing on other things for now..fit test results, measurements, body fat percentage

I just started Insanity last night. Has anyone gone through the program already? I've been using MFP to track calories, but should I change and do their nutrition program? If anyone has any tips or advice, feel free to add me as a friend. I need all the help I can get haha
