  • Ok...34 done : 7:10:17....The last few in the last set was getting way too tough!! But At least I did 17 in a stretch, when in the 1st set I gave up at 7. Now it will get tougher with higher number of push ups!
  • For at home workouts, maybe you can get a set of resistance bands and use them to do toning exercises? Body weight exercises are pretty good too.

  • Ok 22 push-ups done. I did 3 sets: 7:10:5. Currently I do not reach as near to the ground as I want to but I think I am getting better. At least I am not doing the pus ups on knees anymore...so progress.
  • Youtube has some workouts where you can workout on a chair. More like kickboxing...punches etc. You can add hand weights to the workout,1lb-2lb and it will be really good. Recumbent stationary bike is good. Belly dancing if you can stand. Cycling while lying on your back. And plus strength training for the upper body.
