So I thought this might be fun, a sort of push up challenge/game? Plus help me and others in building up the number of push-ups we can do. Whatever the number of comments are in here every morning, we do that many pushups. Go as long as we can or till this seems interesting? What do you think?

Lose 4 lbs in 20 days, who is with me?
It can't be that difficult ,now can it be? MFP says I will lose 0.7 lbs/ week if I stay within calories and I have read that 1 lb is 3500 calorie. 2lb/week loss?
MFP shows that if I intake 1200calories a day, I should lose 0.7lbs/week.(with no exercise). But when I add exercise,it doesn't show the projected weight change. It still shows 0.7lbs/week. I know for some people sit ups come so naturally ( or seems like it ) . But for me it's impossible.I can't even do one. I had never done or tried to do a sit up/push up till a few months ago. Are workouts more effective when done together or separately
My workout routines consists of 2 or 3, 20 mins workouts or 10 minutes.
