Lose 4 lbs in 20 days, who is with me?

It can't be that difficult ,now can it be? MFP says I will lose 0.7 lbs/ week if I stay within calories and I have read that 1 lb is 3500 calorie. So burning 3500 calorie in 7 days isn't that tough a task! So 4 lbs in 20 days seems doable.

Anyone wants to join? I want to do it for personal reasons but would love some company to motivate and challenge self.

    Ahhh no one wants to join :-(

    Anyways..day1/20 went ok! I was planning not to eat any of my exercise calories back but did end up eating some of it. Burned around 600 calories....so far, so good!

    I just saw your post and yesteday I was under calories and burnt 551 calories!!

    Just came across this but i'm up for it! I'm always looking for extra motivation!

    Yesterday I burned over 800 calories (Zumba!!!) and I was under my calorie goal.

    Oh this is great!!

    Day 2...I got an hour and a half of gym class, circuit training kinds. Burned around 700 calories.

    Been good with food so far. Within calorie limit..! Just have to make sure no late night snacks!!

    Does anyone of you ever lose a lb or two per week? It has taken me almost 4 months to lose 12 lbs and I am getting impatient!!
