  • Journal!!! I am reading a good book about emotional eating. The best thing has been writing down not only what I am feeling now, but also my relationship to food going back to childhood. It's called "Stop Eating Your Heart Out." I haven't read the whole thing, but so far I would highly recommend it.

  • I am an emotional eater. I have started reading "Stop Eating Your Heart Out." It's a book that follows the 12 step process. It makes you address the why's of your own emotional eating. I haven't finished it yet, but I it's really helped me this far. I would recommend it to anyone that turns to food when emotions surface.
