I think if it's something you don't' usually do and you made such an effort to be aware of your core muscles there is no reason not to log it as exercise!

Changing the placement of my feet and not pushing with my toes (keep your feet flat) helps get rid of the numbness for me. It took nine months to put on the weight and it takes time to get it back off. You'll get there. I could never lose weight even with breastfeeding. I was able to get the weight off after I quit breastfeeding. Don't know why, I heard so many others go on and on about all the weight they lost from breastfeeding.

Thought the belt buckle was a joke! His personality did seem somewhat different at the end than in the rest of the show.. was questioning it myself. They all did great and I wish I coule dedicate that kind of time to weight loss and get rid of the flab fast!
