These are things I have for breakfast. I don't like to eat cold cereal. oatmeal whey protein powder mixed in water (I do this when I am not hungry) omelet greek yogurt flavored greek yogurt plain with whey protein powder mixed in greek yogurt plain with whey protein powder mixed in & plain pumpkin puree with cinnamon

I am finding for myself that when I eat quality foods I eat less then when I eat processed foods. So for me so far it seems QUALITY = less calories consumed and processed = more calories consumed or more QUANTITY

Whoo hooo finished level 2 day 5 today. How is everyone doing? Is anyone seeing weight loss or inches loss? So far I am not seeing a weight loss at all. When I do these I here a popping/cracking in my back on every twist. But the ones I have a really hard time doing are the ones where you are twist jumping.

I like to mix in a scoop of whey protein (choose flavor) into 1/2 -1 cup of plain 0% greek yogurt. Less then 10 for the sugar and LOTS of protein. So all of you who put whey protein into baked goods etc have no opinions or research on if the heat affects the whey protein? Is it still just as good for you as if you mix it up in a shake?

I put all the kids Halloween candy out in the freezing cold garage. I don't like going out there just to get a piece of candy.

Mine is open. Is it always the best? NO. In fact today was really really bad but its there. Personally I am open to critique. And Iike it when someone say eat this not that or here is how you can improve. To me its helpful.

I did day 2 of level 2 today for a total of 11 days of the shred. I am having troubling with those twist jump things and the walking lunge thing but this is more of a coordination thing. LOL Oh, and those plank things where you jump forwards & backwards I can only do about 10 at a time then I need a quick rest. Good news…

I gained 1 pound this week. :( I know its from eating birthday cake all week. It was absolutely delicious though.

I did my first day of level 2 today. There was a few times I needed to stop. My left knee was hurting afterwards. I took some excedrin. I am thinking I may take some excedrin before I work out tomarrow.

For me. The more water I drink the thirstier I am which makes me drink more. (I do tend to forget to log my water in take). I do have to watch when I drink though. If I don't it never fails that I end up needing to pee several times during a workout.

I don't. I want low calorie recipes that don't use fake ingredients. I don't want sugar free because there are artificial sweeteners which I try to avoid. I avoid fat free because there tends to be weird stuff in it too. Isn't there a way to accomplish low calories and have it be healthy food without the fake stuff? Will…

I avoid artificial sweeteners because I get really bad headaches when I don't. I also get a bad metal taste.

Today was day 9. Took Sunday off (unplanned). But I am thinking I want to move on to level 2 for a change. So not sure if I will do day 10 on level 1 or go ahead and do level 2 then add an extra day to level 2 or 3.
