Did a 12k race today. May be shouldn't have. The muscle pain (not sure if its something more serious) from last week's walk race event had not completely healed. Saturday - 3k walk in my Crocs ( I really don't know what got in to me) Caused blisters which I had to cover with band aid for my 12k run today aka Sunday. :bigsmile:

Sunday - 34 km walk (took me 8 hours!!!!) - cramps thanks to aunt flo!! Overall exhaustion as I was on business trips till 4 hours before the race. Feeling much better today. Monday - my well deserved rest day Seriously I never knew walking would had been that hard!!!

Friday - 3k elliptical Another boring day...in fact a whole boring week of elliptical. I love the machine gives me big calories burn but nothing beats running...nothing!!

Just finished my 10k race @ 1 hr 23 min 30sec. Shaved off 3 minutes of my previous PR for 10k. And this one with a long hill (almost 1km) :bigsmile:
