What's next?
The 30 DS challenge had ended. For some very successfully and for some not so. But we had definitely taken with some lessons to be learnt and to improve. Time to get the act back in order
Hi Am 36 year old from Malaysia - found this in Blackberry app yesterday and I am on board today. For someone whom famously quoted during family reunions - "Fat does not exist in my dictionary"!!! 1st time in running event!!!!
8th Jan 2012 will be my 1st running event ever. I am never a runner. It will be a 6km route. Any tips guys? I am not talking about top ten but at least I am not the last 10. Eeekkk!!! I have 2 months to prepare....i hope that would be good enough.
