Back to Basics for 30 days

I had been in and out of MFP since 2011. As long as I stay committed with committed I had held myself accountable. Which I hope will help me this time around. So as for now going simple back to basic for the next 30 days. My plan for the next 30 days:

In term of fitness:
1. 10,000 steps a day
2. 1 minute of planks
3. 10 squats

In term of diet:
1. One good meal a day

I will try to update daily the achievement status. While the loss in weight and waist will be posted on my day zero (26th Feb) and my day 30 (27th Mac).

So what is your Back to Basic for 30 days plan????

    Day Zero

    Weight = 103.5 kg
    Waist = 113.5 cm

    1. 10,000 steps a day - will update later
    2. 1 minute of planks - will update later
    3. 10 squats - will update later

    Done with my meal for today. So the next is tom at 8 pm

    I will maintain 8K steps per day.
    But will do 1 minute planks and 10 squats.

    Weight = 103.5 kg

    1. 10,000 steps a day - only 1000 steps missing a zero
    2. 1 minute of planks - done
    3. 10 squats - done

    OMAD - Failed :/
