I've used both in a commercial environment. Blendtec hands down. VitaMix blow drive sockets like nothing. Blendtec are pretty much problem free during heavy retail use.

Why bother with one if you aren't going to have ten? Am I right? I honestly feel concern for people here. Moderation is the key to balancing a healthy lifestyle with a social life. One or two drinks. A slice of pizza, etc. It's what normal people do. Not, "I'm having a slice and a beer, might as well have ten ofeach!"

As your doctor will explain, you are fine. Your creatinine levels are higher because you supplement creatine. creatinine is simply the product of breaking down creatine. If you didn't supplement creatine and/or have a high protein diet, that's be cause for concern.

How about a time elapse of how fast each is digested and out (don't really know, think it's be cool). Cause I find veg will fill me up, but I'm hungry again fast, where as chicken (especially thighs with skin) will keep me full 12 hours.

I tend to avoid having nuts around since they are so calorie dense and I never get that "stave off hunger" effect that I keep hearing they have. I can smash 2000cal of cashews in 20 minutes and still be hungry.

Huh, looks like I have some research to do. My trainer was telling me that I could go big on low carb diet because you get so much fat and protein to support hormone production and my body should roll along. I look in to this holding on to weight in a big cal defiicit.

I'll look at the outer edge of my market next time I'm there, but if I remember the place as well as I think, the outer edge has produce, meat, dairy, eggs, poultry, frozen pizza, frozen desserts, and Ice Cream. Maybe the first 3/4 of the outer part of the store?

I upped them to 2000. But I want to be 150 because I have a very large bodyfat percent for my weight. I need to get under 10% to start a bulk. Right now I'm about 30%bf
