I wasn't eating enough before, and it sound silly, but now i make myself eat 5 times a day and i NEVER skip breakfast. I also watch out for the sodium and i drink a LOT of water! You can do it:)

Thank you all! Thank you! I was always heavy, even when i was wearing a size 6, i was still 185, a nutritionist once told me i just have a very muscular body. sometimes it makes me wonder too, when i see someone weighs less than i am but they wear six sizes bigger clothes

I have been doing Zumba and Zumba toning since December. I do it about 3 times a week and I'm obsessed with it! I have also lost over 31 lbs. It doesn't feel like a work out and you burn tons of calories!
