  • I'm 5'4" and weigh about 173. My highest was around 190 after I spiked during my recovery from an eating disorder. My aim is to get back to a HEALTHY weight, probably around 130-140 as I am large-framed. Around 38 more lbs to go!
  • Thanks for everyone's responses! I guess I probably should start tracking it, haha. I'm TRYING to drink more water, but I typically only like my water ridiculously cold, so I usually just go for the milk instead... Oops!

  • I don't do a "meal plan" really, but what I do do is find a whole bunch of "meals" that are healthy and equal about 300-500 calories each. Then I just mix and match throughout the day, eating whatever meal I feel like so I still have that "freedom". Best of luck!
  • Honestly, and this is just my personal opinion, "dieting" is not going to be permanent. It's changing your lifestyle, eating healthier and exercising, that will help you keep the weight off.
