Meal Plans

Hello everyone,

Are you guys on meal plans or do you just go with the flow day-to-day? For someone like me I have to be on some type of meal plan because I know if I don't I will mess my diet or food choice up. Do you think it is better for some starting out to be on some type of meal plan?

    I don't do a "meal plan" really, but what I do do is find a whole bunch of "meals" that are healthy and equal about 300-500 calories each. Then I just mix and match throughout the day, eating whatever meal I feel like so I still have that "freedom".

    Not really, we do low calorie everything so I'm never "above" calories. If I have something cool planned for dinner then I'll have a "meal plan" but that's about it
