I eat something small at breakfast (about 200 calories), something bigger at lunch (about 500), something biggest at dinner (about 700), then a small (50 calories) after dinner snack. I used to eat a big breakfast but then I would be so hungry after dinner because I had to eat such a small portion at dinner time.
