  • My suggestion would be to try flavoring the water, they have flavor packs at walmart for around $1 (at least where I live) and they are sugar free and they taste yummy!!   • I've been sick for the last 5 days, I worked out Thursday and Friday. Saturday I was way to sick and Sunday I did a little Yoga in the evening. This morning I'm still sick but I got up and did 10 min. I agree do what your body tells you but I know I felt a little better after doing a little.

  • That would be cool, thanks! Yeah, we were doing turkey for awhile but then had to through so much out cause the recalls. And then after looking at the label the fat and cal were the same in the beef I buy. Plus it was hard to get my husband and son to eat the turkey.

  • I've noticed that chicken breasts tend to be dryer. I buy chicken tenders and I have actually only had them be dry a couple times. I also love the crock pot, something you can just start in the morning and leave all day! And so many options.
