I can't answer your question. However, I was given two shake weights and am starting to use them. I will be doing the 6 minute work out with them, and using them as regular weights when I do my dvds that require weights. I Don't see how they wouldn't work, especially if you do traditional dumbbell exercises with them. Mine…

At your size, you probably will not have to worry about a lot of sagging skin. It's mostly us BIG girls that have to worry about that. Anyway, stay encouraged and I hope you reach your goal!
