Interesting points for both sides. I *think* I tend to retain water when on nights and always seem a little heavier but manage to "wee" it off in 24 hours post nights. I'm doing splits this week so worked last night - back Thurs Fri night then Sunday long day shift. It just seemed to make sense that longer awake time meant…
