It took me a few months of running to work my way up from no running to now I can do 3 miles. My advice is this: invest in decent running shoes. The Jello temptation chocolate mouse cups are sugar free and only 60 calories and they are so good!! It's like eating chocolate mouse no joke! Also I love the quaker chocolate drizzle rice cakes. Those are bomb. Skinny cows are a must. Just make sure you have the will power to eat just one ha ha.

Well I use two instead of one for a meal replacement. It says use one for your recover shake or in between meals. I'm not having shake in addition to meals. I think I'll make it the same but omit peanut butter and use some fruit instead and see what happens. That should shave about 90 cals off right there.
