I think I'm going to take baby steps on moving towards cream and no sugar. I put a shameful amount of cream and sugar in my coffee. 2.5 tbs cream and a couple big spoons of sugar. Tomorrows coffee I'm going to do one spoon and 1 tbs cream and just deal with it. Thanks for all the responses. : ) :#

I've been drinking shakeology for a month now and I've been nursing my 7 month old daughter. I never thought about it being unsafe. I feel fine and haven't had any problems. I don't see how it could hurt baby considering how healthy it is.

I did WW plus and I'm 5'3" and at the time 186 pounds and it said for me to eat 24 points per day. I have to joint the bandwagon here though and say that I like MFP better since it's free and has a bigger food data base and is FREE. : )

My family does pretty good at getting along, but we don't do stuff together unless it's a holiday. Makes me sad. I have kids who's grandpa won't do anything with them and their Aunt is too buys being a social butterfly and hitting they bars than to take time to see us. YEAH I agree. I'm "obese" and when i look in the mirror I see a hot slightly overweight chick who exercises a lot and is getting healthier week by week.

Don't eat back your exercise calories. I find that if I don't eat back exercise calories I'm good. Also I'm convinced that when I input my cardio it says I burn more than I truly did. I want to get a HRM someday to know accurately how much I've burned. : ) Also if you're doing weights you could be burning fat/ gaining…

My favorites have been kickboxing, zumba, and a muscle toning class, but today I tried R.I.P.P.E.D and it's AWESOME! I was dripping with sweat and it's a lot of fun. Good burn!

be careful that you don't develop a body image disorder. It's when you start to pick on the bad instead of recognizing the good. It's so easy as women to always see ourselves as not good enough instead of being great and always improving.
