Good job!

Oh okay. I'm a little concerned about working out and feeling faint from not eating. But I'll try and see how it works. I fasted this week for about 2 days but I was a little apprehensive to exercise.

Do you still workout during the 24 hour fast?

I'm experiencing the same thing. I ONLY drink water now. I'm a teacher and I literally have to go to the toilet like every 5 mins, which is hard when I'm in class. However, I don't want to cut back on my water intake.

Including my exercise calories I was like 500 under. Is that too much?

Thank you! I really don't want to start eating just because so I think I will take your advice and skip the exercise calories.

27 pounds to be exact :(

Lol @ you loving winter. Wish we could change places.

I think the not weighing my self thing is a good idea. I'm literally obsessed with the scale and it can be so depressing.

Wow congratulations! You look great :)

Oh I visited Boracay last year and I LOVED it!

Thank you all for your speedy reply :)

Oh I know these things don't work. But it's really hard for me to feel motivated when I'm working out and not seeing immediate results. This would just be a jump start for my REAL work out and eating regimen.

I want to use that as a motivator for me to start losing weight (if that makes sense). So that's why I was curious as to if it really works. Here;s the link for it: http://www.cabbage-soup-diet.com/

I'm in if it's not too late :(

Oh wow, congratulations! That's definitely a great motivator.
