  • Exactly!!! I make it on a Sunday and it lasts me pretty much up until Thursday! I just eat it with ketchup because, well, I eat ketchup on everything! It's so easy and fast to make and keeps well! AND it's low cal and very versatile.

  • Fruit! My go-to snack every day is an apple (or two) and fat-free, 25% less-sodium cottage cheese with sliced peaches. Before that it was yogurt/cottage cheese. Even the Special K 90-calorie granola bars are pretty good and satisfying, although I find a lot of them are too sweet for my taste.
