I search it through the food database and use the one that's 3-5 times per day and gives me an extra 400 calories. I read a few articles that say you only need an extra 300-500 while breastfeeding. So I picked one in the middle.

I'm 5'7"! I started at about 145-150 (didn’t like the scale much back then) (pic 1 and 2). At my smallest, I was about 115/116 (pic 3) but everyone kept saying I looked too thin. I’ve gained more than I’ve wanted to and now I’m at about 136/137 and I really want to get back down to 130 (pic 4/5/6/7)

blocking, deleting, reporting them, etc., won't make a difference. They will just turn around and either delete their account or make their profile/diary private. Unfortunately, when you have an eating disorder you need professional help and there are tons of websites out there promoting eating disorders.

I have eaten this bread and it's delicious! I didn't find it had a funny taste or anything. I stopped buying it becuase it is a bit pricey. It also had to be kept in the fridge/freezer.

also, it dosn't "undo" everything you have done throughout the week as it's just one day. And you would have to go over by about 3,500 to gain even 1 lb.

when I followed the "Spike" lifestyle, I would choose a day of the week, Sundays for me, and doubled my usual calories. So if I usually ate 1,500, I would eat 3,000. I did work out on my spike days, but that was just so I could eat more :)

I hate football and I'm lucky my hubby is more a hockey fan so it's just another Sunday for us! I dont understand all the hype about football/Super Bowl. Seems to be more about money/entertainment/celebrities than the actual game of football - in my opinion.

I could never ever follow a "diet" plan that cut out fruit. Yes some fruit is high in sugar, HOWEVER, it's not processed sugar, therefore your body digests it properly. Fruit and vegetables are the best things you can put into your body.

continue on your normal routine. one day of going over your calories is not going to affect your weight loss/maintenance (unless you go over by 3,500 calories which = 1 lb) as it's only one day and not the overall trend of over a week/month, etc.

about 1,400-1,500. When I was more active it was anywhere between 1,600/1,700 and double that on my "spike" day.

I am one of those people! I just don't like the "toned" look or the fit look. I want to be just skinny. I don't care for looking toned or muscular. Of course, I do want to be healthy as well.
