I just copied the nutritional facts out of the book. I checked again and I posted it right. Maybe the book is wrong or they used different brands of ingredients.

I love Greek yogurt too. I agree it is very expensive. I usually buy the plain Fage brand and add some honey to it. It gives it the sweetness it needs. If you have a Trader Joe's near you, it is a little cheaper, to get the bigger container and portion it yourself.

It's delicious. I use it for egg salad and chicken salad instead of mayo. You can use it so many things besides just putting it on crackers and stuff.

You can look at the restaurants nutrition facts online. It is through dailyplate.com, but I just typed in Texas Roadhouse nutrition facts in a Google search and some came up. You could get a 6 oz. sirloin for 386 calories with some vegetable would be a good option. Check it out online and plan ahead.

Do you think this could be made with Cherry Coke Zero? I don't drink soda at all, and that is what my husband drinks, so it is already in the house.

I completely agree. I actually ended up sending it back before the money back guarantee window ended. I figured if I was bored already, I wouldn't use it and it would be a waste of money. It was a good workout though. If you want to look at other Beachbody products, I have Turbo Jam and love that!

A different version of the Chicken Cordon Blue is to use 1 The Laughing Cow Cheese wedge instead of the swiss cheese...one wedge is only 35 calories. I've tried this and it is delicious. It is a Hungry Girl recipe.

I wear pants because my thighs rub together when I wear shorts. It gets irritating. I can't wait for that not to be the case eventually. As for a shirt, I wear a T-shirt in warm weather and sweatshirt when it is chilly.
