Sometimes getting too much sleep makes you more tired. Maybe you are getting too much sleep. Just a thought though. Like suggested, see a doctor for a real diagnosis.

We just bought a scale by Homedics. I don't think it does anything with body fat, but it has a progress tracker. It remembers the last weight you were and shows total pounds lost and % of total weight loss. It also has a 4 user memory. We only have had it for a couple of days, but so far so good.

Here is what is in this salad: Thai Crunch Salad Shredded Napa cabbage, chilled-grilled chicken breast, julienne cucumbers, edamame, crispy wontons, peanuts, cilantro, julienne carrots, red cabbage and green onions tossed with a lime-cilantro dressing. Topped with crispy rice sticks and Thai peanut dressing.

Made this for lunch. It was delicious. I used Arnolds Select Sandwich Thins for my bread. They are delicious and one roll is 100 calories. I think to cut down on some sodium that it would good without the turkey too. Like a grilled cheese with avocado. Thanks for the recipe.

I ended up doing a short DVD today and burned about 150 calories. Tomorrow even though my workout day off I will do my regular workout and burn between 300-400 calories. Thanks for the suggestions.

I love Kraft Mac and Cheese. It is probably the main culprit as to why I am the weight I am. I make it for my son, but use the lower calorie and fat directions. We all have days like this. You don't need to exercise everyday. It is good for your body to rest anyway, and you obviously needed the rest. Tomorrow is a new day and after the rest from today, you should be ready to go. Keep it up!

Thanks for the information. I got my SI6 last Thursday and started it on Friday. My legs hurt so bad today. Anyway, I did the Start Up video on Friday and Ramp it Up yesterday.
