yes i have time in the afternoon, but i always think if i exercise ill be too tired to teach in the evening. Ill feel like the class will get boring

i think your body has been used to that weight for a while which is why is hard to get lower. But if you keep this regime long enough your body will react to it. So all i can say is keep goin

As long as you stay under 100-150 calories a day i say, u have enough "net" calories to enjoy a day in the week where u dont have to be strict on ur diet. Just dont go over board!!!! And it depends how fast you want to lose weight
