Weigh in day - I stayed the same...at least it's not a gain. I know I have to up my cardio. My knee is feeling better so I did an aerobic workout yesterday and today. I want to see the scale move next week! :bigsmile:

No worries. It actually took me awile to figure it out myself :laugh: Take the amount of weight lost so far (for me 12 lbs), divide this by your starting weight (170 lbs for me) Take that # and multiply by 100 to get a percent. I am down one pound this week. :happy: I am super excited because that takes me down into the 150s :bigsmile: I weigh 159 now. I'm also pleased because with my knee injury I'm not doing the cardio I used to do. good luck to everyone with their weigh-ins today!!!!! :wink:
