My knee hardly hurt at all when I got out of bed this mornining. Yeah me!!!! I went for 2 walks and did a 20 minute 'tank top arms' workout on www.exercisetv.tv

Yeah for Mondays!!! :heart: I went to a reunion dinner on the weekend and caved in and had dessert. I can usually resist but I am be weak when it's my time of the month... :ohwell: Here's to starting fresh on Mondays!!!! :bigsmile:

My weight stayed the same this week. I can't complain 'cus I have a bunged up knee from my supposed ski vacation :laugh: I can't do any cardio for a few weeks but I've been doing an upper body weight routine to keep me in the groove. :wink: I think the goal idea is great! I am so excited about this group!!!! I :heart: MFP I started doing an upper body workout after I joined up here on Thursday and just did another one today!!! My knee is quickly improving after my ski injury 2 weeks ago, I can't wait to start doing a lower body workout instead of just walking :bigsmile:
