For breakfast today I scrambled 1/4 cup egg whites with spinach. Melted 1 T of low fat cheese over the top and piled it between a 100 cal english muffin. A delicious, filling breakfast sandwhich and it was less than 200 calories.

I have an excellent "Green Smoothie" it may sound weird, but it's really tasty. Mix everything well in a blender: 1 cup torn baby spinach, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1 cup vanilla soy milk, 2 scoops vanilla protein powder, 1/2-1 medium banana. If you add more banana it gets thicker. I'm in the same boat. One thing that I've found helpful is to pack a bunch of healthy snacks into my purse. That way when I'm running around I have some apple slices, almonds, bananas, etc. close at hand and I'm not tempted to grab a quick sandwich or burger that ruins my calorie plan for the day.
