Wow! Great job! I have a love/hate relationship with the 30DS. If I didn't get so bored of JM I would have completed this program twice now lol. I keep starting then stopping but you have given me motivation to stick with it :). Awesome results!

Eat a healthy balanced diet and try not to worry about the scale. I gained 25lbs with my son (he is 3 mos old) and didn't once log into MFP (I lost around 13lbs prior to getting pregnant) I just ate what I wanted but all within reason. Pre-pregnancy weight: 160 @ Delivery: 185 CW: (3 mos PP) 143.4 GW: 135 but will re-evaluate when I get there and probably end up in the high 120's.

I'm 5'5 and 145.6 lbs right now. My starting weight was 185-I weighed myself a few days before I gave birth to my son 9 weeks ago. My 1st goal is 135lbs and then I'll see if I want to go any lower, but definitely will focus more on BF% than the scale once I get there.

This doesn't seem like much food-I don't think my 2yr old could live off this little.

I drink 6-8 bottles of water a day I just don't log it. It's the only thing I drink besides coffee 1-2 cups per day. And the activity thing-I am rarely sitting down so I didnt think "sedentary" explained my activity level which would give me even less cals.
